I. Return Policy


Owing to the unique characteristics of our products, we will arrange for factory production only after the customer has completed the payment. As such, our policy is categorized into the following two types:

After 48 hours of payment Does not support no-questions-asked refunds. In the event that you need to return the goods and request a refund due to your own reasons, please get in touch with us. In case any related production costs are incurred, the customer shall bear the responsibility for such expenses.

7-day Return and Exchange Service Within 7 days of the date of signing for the receipt of the goods via express delivery 1. Customer's reasons: The customer shall be accountable for the freight charges and any other potential expenses (excluding special policies of third-party platforms).
2. Our reasons (such as logistics delays, quality issues, etc.): Free of charge for return, exchange, or refund.
6-month Warranty Policy Within 6 months of the date of signing for the receipt of the goods via express delivery Divided into two stages:
1. Within the initial three months, for quality issues resulting from non-human factors, we will provide free warranty services. However, for after-sales issues caused by human factors, a warranty service fee will be levied.
2. After the first three months, the customer shall bear all transportation and handling fees associated with after-sales services. The specific fee amounts will be communicated to you by our customer service representatives based on the specific details of each order.


II. Return Procedure


  • Initiate the Application: If you believe that the product meets the return criteria, please contact us by sending an email to support@fuelpartspro.com within the specified return period to initiate the return application. Kindly provide detailed information in the email, including the reason for the return, the order number, product details, and your contact information.
  • Address Provision: Upon receipt of your return application, we will conduct a review. If the application is approved, we will send you the return address along with detailed return operation guidelines. Please ensure that you follow the guidelines meticulously for subsequent operations.
  • Return Shipment: Please return the product promptly after receiving the return address and guidelines. Products returned without our prior consent will not be accepted. Additionally, please package the product securely to ensure that it remains undamaged during transportation.


III. Refund Procedure


  • Upon receiving the product you have returned, we will conduct an immediate inspection and evaluation. If it is confirmed that the product complies with the return conditions, we will approve your refund application and process the refund to you via your original payment method within 10 working days. Please be advised that it may take some time for the bank or payment institution to credit the refund to your account.
